Development plans for the financier's personal tropical island among the released materials.
Furthermore featured in this new document drop appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had created ambitious plans to develop the sprawling island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
You can see the drawing is a channel, a strait in the territory, indicated on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is marked up in notations in red and features a notes section identifying distinct parts of the estate.
Alongside the main plan are what appear to be nine other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for boat shelters.
Further documentation disclosed as part of the continuing investigative process.
